Title: Latin America Growth Strategy Sr Manager - 122220

As Latin America Growht Strategy Sr Manager based in Indaiatuba/SP you'll have a high-impact leadership acceleration role designed to drive the execution of region Growth Plan. This position acts as a strategic integrator across Manufacturing, Product, Marketing, Sales and Go-to-Market teams, ensuring governance, milestone delivery, risk management and executive alignment. With direct exposure to regional and global senior leadership, this role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional influence, executive communication and the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the Latin America Growth Plan, including governance, milestones, and risk management.
  • Orchestrate structural growth projects (industrial capacity, localized portfolio, structural cost).
  • Act as a strategic integrator between Manufacturing, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Own and communicate the LA Growth narrative in regional and global leadership forums.
  • Coordinate all key governance aspects of LA including scorecard, strategy reviews, business councils, capital councils, planning letters, all hands meetings.
  • Active ownership and presentation of Growth Plan chapters in global forums.
  • Present growth plan to senior whenever they visit the Region
  • Structured shadowing with the LA and global leaderships.
  • Key initiatives are sponsored by named global leaders, with the role acting as single point of contact.

Skills You Need

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Strategy, Business Transformation, Operations, Corporate Planning, Consulting or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Agribusiness, Finance or related field.
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced Spanish
