Title: Latin America Growth Strategy Sr Manager - 122220
Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of the Latin America Growth Plan, including governance, milestones, and risk management.
- Orchestrate structural growth projects (industrial capacity, localized portfolio, structural cost).
- Act as a strategic integrator between Manufacturing, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Own and communicate the LA Growth narrative in regional and global leadership forums.
- Coordinate all key governance aspects of LA including scorecard, strategy reviews, business councils, capital councils, planning letters, all hands meetings.
- Active ownership and presentation of Growth Plan chapters in global forums.
- Present growth plan to senior whenever they visit the Region
- Structured shadowing with the LA and global leaderships.
- Key initiatives are sponsored by named global leaders, with the role acting as single point of contact.
Skills You Need

10+ years of progressive experience in Strategy, Business Transformation, Operations, Corporate Planning, Consulting or related leadership roles.

Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Agribusiness, Finance or related field.
- Fluency in English
- Advanced Spanish
