We are looking for AI Motion Designer on freelance basis, to join our innovative and forward-thinking creative team, where we leverage cutting-edge AI technology to push the boundaries of marketing and design. You will work at the intersection of creativity and technology, collaborating with designers, motion designers, prompt engineers, and marketing professionals to bring unique, data-driven concepts to life..

Your main tasks will be:

• Produce performance video creatives, animated banners, and social video content (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) for paid acquisitio
• Create product/promo animations and motion assets for landing pages and bran
• Use AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Pika, Luma) to generate shots, b-roll, and style-consistent footag
• Use AI image tools (Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion) for frames, backgrounds, and assets, applying prompt engineering and style-consistency techniques (LoRA, ControlNet, etc.
• Assemble final deliverables in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalent), including basic sound desig
• Adapt concepts across durations, aspect ratios, and platforms while maintaining brand consistenc
• Organize files with proper naming conventions and export in required formats/codec
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and the lead, iterating quickly on feedbac
• Deliver in SLA mode with predictable turnaround, applying basic performance awareness (CTR, CPA, hook rate)

We expect from you:

• Solid motion design fundamentals: timing, easing, composition, kinetic typography, storytelling — demonstrated through the showreel
• After Effects — confident/expert level (animation, compositing, expressions basics).
• Video editing — Premiere Pro or equivalent (cutting, pacing, sound sync).
• Design for digital formats: performance video creatives, animated banners, social video for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms.
• Adapting concepts across durations, aspect ratios, formats, and platforms.
• Figma — basic/confident (working with design handoffs and assets)
• Practical experience with AI video-generation tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Pika, Luma, or equivalent).
• Practical experience with AI image-generation tools (Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, or equivalent) for frames, backgrounds, and assets.
• Prompt engineering and reference-based generation for production use.
• Familiarity with character/style consistency techniques (LoRA, IP-Adapter, ControlNet, or similar) is a plus.
• Using AI for production speed-ups: shot generation, variations, upscaling, background work, style transfer, rotoscoping.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, ComfyUI pipelines) is a plus.
• Basic sound design / working with music and SFX.
• Templating and a systematic approach to high-volume tasks.
• Delivery standards: organising project files, naming conventions, and export formats/codecs.
• Working in SLA mode with predictable timelines.
• Proficiency in Russian, and English level B2+
