We are looking for a Client Experience Protection Junior Manager (Chinese & English & Russian) to join our Client Experience Protection Team in Content & Service Quality Operations (CSQO) Department.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control;Working with client support team on Client Protection cases, channeling information to the Partner Support Team.
  • Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities;
  • Developing and implementing client experience protection y and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;
  • Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests;
  • Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines);
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and complaints solving.
  • Monitor account activities to identify and precise solutions.

We expect from you:

  • Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+;
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
  • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
