About This Role:
We're seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our veterinary clinic locations in California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll oversee significant P&L responsibility while driving operational excellence and business growth across our multi-site network.
This remote position requires 70% travel throughout California and the Pacific Northwest to ensure hands-on leadership and support at each location. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional patient care and client service standards across all clinics.

As Regional Director of Operations, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across California and the Pacific Northwest. Your leadership will directly impact:
- Financial Performance - Optimize operations across a substantial portfolio while identifying growth opportunities and improving profitability
- Team Excellence - Develop and elevate hospital managers and their teams, creating a pipeline of talent and fostering high engagement across 12 locations
- Operational Efficiency - Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement in patient care and client satisfaction
- Strategic Growth - Collaborate with executive leadership to identify expansion opportunities and execute regional initiatives
- Quality & Compliance - Ensure all locations maintain the highest standards of veterinary care while meeting regulatory requirements

- Proven change management expertise in fast-paced environments
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, veterinary or healthcare preferred
- Licensed DVM in good standing, preferred
- Track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets
- Experience leading teams of 50+ employees across multiple locations
- California residency preferred (relocation assistance available for the right candidate)

Pay Range:
USD $170,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
