  • Work effectively within structured document management systems and uphold ARRCC standards.

Standards, Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of ARRCC systems, naming conventions, standards and procedures.
  • Contribute proactively to improving templates, libraries, workflows and documentation systems.
  • Participate in EXCO-aligned technology and production initiatives.
  • Identify and share innovative ways to improve current systems and processes.

Mentorship & Oversight

  • Act as a technical mentor to junior staff through structured model reviews and hands-on Revit guidance.
  • Provide supervisory and technical oversight without assuming staff performance or commercial responsibility.
  • Review technical requirements and report management risks on projects when identified.

  • Proven experience in Stages 1–4 and Design Guardianship

  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Confident, clear thinker with good professional judgement
  • Proactive, self-motivated and accountable
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with tight deadlines
  • Collaborative and easy to work with at all levels
  • Professional, flexible and resourceful
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and personal growth
