Job description

About Outreach

Outreach, founded in 2014, is the only complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams. Outreach infuses agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to power hundreds of use cases across revenue motions. From new logo prospecting to expansions, deal acceleration, driving retention, and forecasting, Outreach AI automates workflows and frees sellers to focus on more strategic conversations and actions. Revenue leaders benefit from connected account visibility, performance insights, and higher forecasting accuracy across every GTM team. World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.

About The Role:

Outreach is transforming how enterprises sell with AI. Our platform is powered by AI agents that remove busywork, surface the right insights at the right time, and free sellers to focus on what matters most: building relationships and winning more. The team is looking for an experienced senior product manager to join the Engage business unit, the team responsible for Outreach's core sales engagement capabilities and for the agentic AI experiences behind our Amplify offering. Sitting at the intersection of Engage's proven selling workflows and a new generation of AI agents that research accounts, personalize messaging, and execute selling motions alongside reps, you will drive strategy and execution on product capabilities that blend agentic AI seamlessly into how sellers prospect, engage, and win every day.

Outreach is in a hyper-growth stage and is looking for product leaders who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, bring proven best practices that lead to measurable outcomes, and are excited to join one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in a role with high impact and high visibility.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
  • Drive the agentic AI area for Outreach Engage, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how AI agents augment and automate the selling workflows at the heart of the platform, in support of the Amplify offering.

  • Work closely with the Sales Engagement Product team across time zones, translating market reality into actionable product context and accelerating the evolution into an end-to-end agentic revenue platform.
  • Track the market, competitive landscape, and customer feedback, translating them into Outreach positioning and roadmap priorities.
  • Guide pricing and packaging decisions, including evolving pricing models for AI-native products.
  • Define and own the core metrics for adoption, engagement, quality, and business impact of AI and agentic experiences, and use them to drive prioritization and trade-off decisions.
  • Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to build agentic workflows grounded in Outreach's engagement data and knowledge, balancing automation with seller control, trust, and enterprise-grade governance.

    Enabling GTM:

  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to ensure every launch lands accurately and compellingly across the field.
  • Handle customer escalations as the product voice: triaging issues, aligning with the Product team, and closing the loop with customers and CS.
  • Lead pilots with high-value customers: structuring the engagement, setting success criteria, and ensuring outcomes feed back into the product roadmap.
  • Drive adoption and consumption of AI capabilities, partnering with CS and Sales.

  • Our Vision of You:
  • 5+ years of experience building great products and platforms, including proven ability to generate clarity out of ambiguity and drive hard prioritizations and trade-offs within strict timelines.
  • Experience shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered product capabilities to end users, with strong intuition for where automation adds value and where humans must stay in the loop.
  • Track record of building products and platforms with strong adoption, engagement, and measurable business impact.
  • Strong user empathy and deep understanding of customer needs, with the motivation to solve problems from the customer's point of view.
  • Strong project execution skills; effectively manages a project from start to finish, taking ideas from initial requirements through development to launched features, and rallies diverse, cross-geo teams behind a common product mission.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Built, managed, and grown an AI SaaS product line in the sales and revenue space
    • Experience in sales engagement, sales execution, or adjacent GTM tooling such as multichannel engagement workflows, CRM ecosystems, or revenue platforms
    • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
