Job Description

This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast and able to work fully remote.

What you’ll do

  • You'll oversee Outlook Investor Services inboxes, respond to routine client inquiries, and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently.
  • You'll post fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal while coordinating with other departments for approvals and upcoming posts.
  • You'll manage investor expectations by clearly communicating timelines for deliverables and ensuring smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices.
  • You'll assist in updating and maintaining document processes and policies to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance.
  • You'll collaborate with your team and clients to uphold standards, assess operational effectiveness, and suggest improvements for process development.

Qualifications

  • You bring over 4 years of experience in investor services, private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset investment firms.
  • You apply strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and fund administration for alternative investments.
  • You demonstrate exceptional client service, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate while giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • You consistently deliver accurate, detail-oriented work at high volume while managing multiple demands and tight deadlines, including overtime when required.
  • You leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, supported by a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
