You'll craft bold, platform-native strategies for YouTube and Reddit that spark real conversations, build genuine community, and turn viewers and lurkers into loyal brand advocates. Collaborate with creative, technical, and content teams to produce video content worth watching — and community moments worth talking about. Drive measurable growth in channel visibility, subscriber engagement, and community trust where it actually matters.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing YouTube content strategies, including editorial calendars, video formats, and optimization tactics that improve watch time, click-through rates, and subscriber growth
  • Building and managing Reddit community strategies that authentically integrate the brand into relevant Subreddits while respecting platform culture and community trust
  • Analyzing platform performance using YouTube Studio, Reddit analytics, and social listening tools to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborating with creative, production, and demand generation teams to brief video content, moderate branded communities, and align platform strategies with broader campaigns
  • Serving as the internal subject-matter expert for YouTube and Reddit, educating stakeholders on platform-specific best practices and algorithm changes


What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrate 4–6 years of experience managing YouTube channels and Reddit communities for a respected brand with a portfolio showing measurable growth initiatives
  • Apply platform-specific knowledge of YouTube content strategy, search optimization, channel analytics, and Reddit community dynamics to drive engagement
  • Use data and analytics tools to define KPIs, track performance, conduct A/B testing, and make strategic decisions based on insights
  • Write and adapt content tone across platforms, from YouTube video descriptions to Reddit comment threads, while maintaining brand voice and authenticity
  • Manage multiple projects, content calendars, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Navigate tools including YouTube Studio, Reddit Ads Manager, social listening platforms, and AI-powered content and analytics tools to enhance productivity
  • Understand search engine optimization, answer engine optimization, and how platform algorithms affect content visibility and ranking

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
