Job description

Hi, I'm Jade, the People & Culture Lead at ntegrity.

I get to spend my days with a team that genuinely lives our values, partnering with organisations like Beyond Blue, The Salvation Army, and The Fred Hollows Foundation to drive real social impact. Our B Corp certification is a commitment to doing business the right way, not just getting results. That means investing in our people's growth, exploring new ways of working, and treating culture as our operating system, where the bar is high because the mission actually matters.

Choosing a new role is a significant decision, and we are delighted you would consider us. Below you'll find an honest picture of the role: what it involves, what it takes to thrive here, and the honest signs it might not be the right fit. If you look like a strong match, we'll be in touch with next steps, including detailed information about the interview process and salary.

About the Role

ntegrity is a full-service agency with 95% not-for-profit clients. Our mission is to "help good grow." Our clients look to us for direction on how to grow their results, grow their team's capabilities, and in turn, grow their impact on the world.

We’re looking for a remote Senior Digital Project Manager with a deep understanding of digital performance and performance creative campaigns to join our team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of multiple complex projects. Working closely with the Squad Lead and Client Success Manager, you will ensure optimal resource utilisation, strict timeline execution, and squad profitability. We don't view project management as administrative box-checking. To us, a Senior PM is a strategic business driver who understands how to scale paid media and creative assets to ensure our clients hit their missions.

This role is fully remote, based anywhere in Malaysia or The Philippines, working Australian Eastern Time (AET) with client meetings held virtually. It will begin as a contract position with the potential for ongoing employment after 12 months.

About you

  • Experience: 8+ years of project and resource management experience within a digital or creative agency environment.

  • Campaign Breadth: Proven ability to deliver end-to-end project management across diverse campaign types, including social, video, web, OOH, digital performance and print, from concept through to completion.

  • Multi-Channel Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of the nuances between various media channels (advertising, digital experience) and the importance of a "platform-first" approach in content creation.

  • Organisation: Highly structured in your approach, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines, manage resources effectively, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage complex stakeholder relationships and present timelines and deliverables directly to clients.

  • Quality Control: Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of maintaining accuracy, consistency, and high standards across all work.

  • Tools: Familiarity with resource management tools. Hands-on experience with Kantata is a distinct advantage.

  • Availability: Ability to work Melbourne timezone (AEDT/AEST) and attend client meetings virtually.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Project Planning & Resourcing: You'll collaborate with your Squad and Craft Leads to understand project needs, assign resources in the agency tool, and adjust schedules as needed. This includes proactive communication with stakeholders about any changes.

  • Project Management: You'll oversee project setup, manage deadlines, identify potential risks, and lead team meetings to ensure smooth delivery. This includes gathering assets, setting kick-off meetings, and tracking project health.

  • Client Communication & Delivery: You'll manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle, attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time and within budget. This includes escalating issues when necessary.

  • Project Profitability: You'll set billing milestones and track project invoices, ensuring accurate and timely client communication. Additionally, you'll monitor task progress and manage workload to achieve both quality and financial goals.

  • Process Improvement: You'll contribute to agency improvements by collaborating with colleagues to standardise processes, develop project templates, and analyse data to optimise project velocity and revenue.

This Role Won’t be a Good Fit If:

  • Prefer a slow-paced or predictable workload, as this role requires constantly juggling multiple multi-channel campaigns, shifting deadlines, and fast-moving agency dynamics.

  • Struggle with client-facing communication or financial tracking, since you will be expected to confidently present to stakeholders, lead virtual meetings in the Melbourne timezone, and actively manage project profitability and invoicing.

  • Lean toward a high-level "big picture" focus without the administrative rigor, as success here depends on keeping a highly structured workflow, tracking precise project health metrics, and ensuring no small detail slips through the cracks.

  • You don't have experience working within creative and performance marketing agency environments. You need to understand and have experience with the type of work our team is delivering.

Why Work at ntegrity?

  • Grow fast, and help others grow too. We believe in scaling with intention, focusing on high-impact, meaningful momentum rather than just adding numbers. We’re building for the long term, which means investing deeply in our people. You'll get personalised development, real L&D investment, and the immediate ownership to learn on the job, experiment, and lead.

  • Benefits that matter. Remote and flexible work, upfront sick leave, preventive health support, dedicated L&D funding, and in-person strategy weeks to reconnect and recharge.

  • Work that is genuinely hard and genuinely meaningful. Our work is complex and demanding. You'll join a team that leans into problems with curiosity, practicality, and heart.

  • People who care. We're collaborative, honest, and generous with praise. We listen deeply, support each other through pressure, and celebrate wins big and small.

  • Clients you'll be proud to work with. Mission-driven organisations committed to long-term impact. We work with them, not for them.
