The Seasonal Recruiter will support our Contact Center hiring efforts during peak season. This role will focus on processing candidate offers and managing the pre-employment process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization and communication, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Oversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate records and candidate data in Workday and other systems
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
Follow-up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring steps
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented
Self-motivated
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience
