The Seasonal Recruiter will support our Contact Center hiring efforts during peak season. This role will focus on processing candidate offers and managing the pre-employment process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization and communication, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

  • Oversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks, documentation, and onboarding coordination

  • Maintain accurate records and candidate data in Workday and other systems

  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Follow-up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring steps

  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Self-motivated

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred
