Job description

Kindgeek is looking for a curious, people-driven professional who combines initiative with a genuine passion for connecting great talent with the right opportunities. Your mission will be to own the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer — and help us scale our team with the right people at the right time. You'll be someone who learns quickly, embraces new tools (including AI), and isn't afraid to experiment with smarter, faster ways of working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates daily across multiple channels to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline;
  • Screening and assessing candidate profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements and team culture;
  • Conducting market research and talent mapping to proactively identify and engage potential hires;
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from first outreach through to offer stage — with transparency and care;
  • Leveraging AI and automation tools (such as Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Bluedot AI) to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate experience;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and ATS records for full pipeline visibility;
  • Participating in team standups and retrospectives to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous team improvement;
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of internal recruiting practices and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for an IT Recruiter who has:

  • 1+ year of commercial experience as an IT Recruiter, OR completed recruitment/sourcing courses with a strong desire and readiness to learn quickly;
  • Experience with or solid awareness of AI tools used in recruitment (Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Bluedot AI, etc.);
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean search, and similar;
  • Proven skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, particularly via LinkedIn;
  • Flexibility and proactivity — you adapt fast, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what to do;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing quality;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Ukrainian and English;
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English proficiency;
  • Alignment with Kindgeek's values — trust, transparency, social responsibility, and attention to detail.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working in an IT services or software development company;
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee);
  • Experience building automated recruitment workflows using no-code tools.
