ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Owner (Improvements) you will define the product vision, prioritize features and ensure the development team delivers valuable gaming experiences. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers, driving innovation and enhancing user engagement in a competitive market.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Drive the development and lead the implementation of Live Casino product features across mobile, tablet, desktop, and other platforms within an Agile environment.
- Craft detailed and precise written specifications for new features and improvements.
- Define and communicate product vision together with teams of Developers, Designers, Testers, Studio team and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Developers, Designers, Testers, Studio teams, and other stakeholders to articulate and align on the product vision.
- Work closely with Business Intelligence teams to leverage data insights in product development.
- Oversee execution by setting and monitoring daily, short-term, and long-term goals to ensure projects stay on track.
- Resolve product development challenges and prioritize features based on business needs and user feedback.
- Assist Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management teams to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction to support correlated goals.
- Ensure new features and improvements undergo thorough usability and performance evaluations, including focus group testing when applicable.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay competitive.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- At least 3-5 years as a Product Owner with software development teams, demonstrating a strong understanding of the software development process.
- Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive product decisions.
- Proven experience working with both established and new teams, providing challenges and support to foster continuous improvement.
- Effective remote work skills with a strong ability to manage tasks and communication in a distributed environment.
- A successful track record in driving product concepts and delivering robust solutions in collaboration with your teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and a strong drive to keep projects moving forward -motivating teams, clearing roadblocks, and making sure everything stays on track and on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, verbally and written.
Other Attributes We Welcome:
- Background in game development or online gaming.
- Previous involvement in game design.
- Understanding of casino games and game mathematics.
- Experience with online casino game marketing and promotions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for gambling products.
