Role: Insurance VA / Insurance Sales & Service Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential Pay
Work Schedule: 5-day work week | Monday - Friday 10:00PM – 7:00AM PH Time
Work Setup: Work-from-Home
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with strong communication skills and insurance experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced agency environment.
The ideal candidate will support daily agency operations, communicate with clients and prospects, assist with quoting insurance policies, and help maintain accurate records. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role and eventually help run key aspects of the agency.
We are prioritizing candidates with Personal Lines (Property & Casualty) licensing, though exceptional non-licensed candidates with strong insurance quoting experience will be considered.
This role offers long-term growth potential, with the opportunity to eventually take on expanded responsibilities and help manage agency operations.
