Role: Insurance VA / Insurance Sales & Service Specialist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential Pay 

Work Schedule: 5-day work week | Monday - Friday 10:00PM – 7:00AM PH Time

Work Setup: Work-from-Home


We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with strong communication skills and insurance experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced agency environment.
The ideal candidate will support daily agency operations, communicate with clients and prospects, assist with quoting insurance policies, and help maintain accurate records. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role and eventually help run key aspects of the agency.
We are prioritizing candidates with Personal Lines (Property & Casualty) licensing, though exceptional non-licensed candidates with strong insurance quoting experience will be considered.

This role offers long-term growth potential, with the opportunity to eventually take on expanded responsibilities and help manage agency operations.


Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Client Communication & Sales Support: 

  • Answer inbound phone calls professionally
  • Make outbound calls to new, existing, and past prospects
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads (hot, warm, and cold)
  • Assist with sales of insurance policies from start to finish
  • Schedule appointments for policy reviews
  • Provide excellent customer service and client support
Insurance Processing & Quoting
  • Quote insurance policies (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
  • Gather client information and documentation
  • Maintain and update client files
  • Assist with policy processing and renewals
  • Support cross-selling opportunities (ex: Life Insurance)

Administrative & Back-End Support

  • Data entry and record management
  • Run agency reports
  • Maintain organized client records
  • Gather data from current, past, and prospective clients
  • Support general administrative tasks
  • Help keep agency operations organized and on track

Marketing & Lead Management

  • Assist with Facebook advertising management
  • Support lead capture and follow-up
  • Maintain lead tracking systems

Insurance Products Handled:

  • Auto Insurance

  • Commercial Insurance
  • Health Insurance (future addition)


Qualifications:

Core Skills:

Insurance Experience:

  • Experience quoting insurance policies preferred
  • Prior insurance sales or service experience strongly preferred

Licensing Requirements (Preferred)

  • Active Personal Lines (Property & Casualty) Insurance License OR Willingness and ability to obtain licensing

Additional Responsibilities for Licensed Candidates

  • Sell insurance policies from start to finish
  • Provide policy consultation and recommendations
  • Handle quoting and sales independently

Non-Licensed Candidate Requirements (Considered)Exceptional candidates without licensing may be considered if they demonstrate:

  • Strong insurance quoting experience
