Job description

The organization is seeking two Senior Systems Administrators specializing in Windows Middleware environments within an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) framework.
The successful candidate will contribute to the administration, evolution, and maintenance of platforms supporting both development and production teams. They will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and optimization of technology environments while actively participating in the continuous improvement of practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, administer, maintain, and enhance Windows Middleware environments.
  • Ensure system stability by monitoring and maintaining scripts, pipelines, and operational processes.
  • Perform installation, upgrades, and maintenance of user and server environments.
  • Participate in technology integration, deployment, and implementation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and assess the impact of technological changes.
  • Diagnose incidents, determine root causes, and perform the required follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of technology practices and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams.

L’organisation recherche deux administrateurs systèmes senior spécialisés en environnements Intergiciels Windows (Middleware) dans un contexte d’Infrastructure as Code.

La ressource contribuera à l’administration, à l’évolution et au maintien des plateformes supportant les équipes de développement et de production. Elle jouera un rôle important dans la stabilité, la sécurité et l’optimisation des environnements technologiques, tout en participant activement à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et processus.

Responsabilités principales
  • Installer, configurer, administrer, maintenir et faire évoluer les environnements Middleware Windows
  • Assurer la stabilité des systèmes via la surveillance et la maintenance des scripts, pipelines et processus
  • Réaliser les installations, mises à jour et maintenances des environnements utilisateurs et serveurs
  • Participer aux activités d’arrimage, de déploiement et de mise en œuvre technologique
  • Rédiger les procédures, encadrements et bonnes pratiques techniques
  • Identifier les opportunités d’optimisation et analyser les impacts technologiques
  • Diagnostiquer les incidents, identifier les causes et effectuer les suivis nécessaires
  • Participer à l’évolution des pratiques technologiques et proposer des améliorations
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, sécurité et opérations

Exigences et qualifications requises
  • Baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente
  • Minimum 6 années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Forte autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
