Deine Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Rolle wirst Du:

Die Vermarktungsaktivitäten von Mentor unterstützen und zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Marketingstrategie beitragen.
Marketing-KPIs erfassen, auswerten und relevante Analysen erstellen
Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundeninformationen recherchieren und aufbereiten, um wichtige Geschäftsentscheidungen zu unterstützen.
Die Verfügbarkeit von Marketingmaterialien, digitalen Inhalten und Werbemitteln sicherstellen und eng mit unseren EMEA-Marketingteams zusammenarbeiten.
Operative Unterstützung für das Mentor-Garantieprogramm leisten und zu einer effizienten sowie regelkonformen Prozessabwicklung beitragen
Veranstaltungen, Kongresse und Meetings organisieren und koordinieren

Dein Profil

Laufendes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedizintechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang (Pflichtpraktikum mit Hochschulvereinbarung erforderlich).
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Hohe Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams.
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint. Kenntnisse im Bereich Marketing-Tools oder digitale Assets sind von Vorteil.
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Erste Erfahrungen mit Marketingmaterialien, digitalen Inhalten oder Freigabeprozessen im Marketingumfeld.
