Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Business Unit Operations Senior Manager for MedTech Americas: US Region. This role will represent Deliver with the US Regional E2E Supply Chain Leaders and Commercial Leaders by bringing operational expertise and a full view of the Deliver strategy, operations, and customer priorities for MedTech.  This role also plays a critical role in partnering within the Global Deliver functions (Regional Deliver Operations, Regional and Global Deliver Excellence, Global Segment Deliver) to drive strategy execution at high levels of performance.  The Senior Manager will be focused on the Surgery, Electrophysiology, Neurovascular, and Mentor businesses. This position can be located in Raritan, NJ or Memphis, TN. Remote work options within the US may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Regional Deliver business performance and inputs across the E2E US Regional organization, including issue management, communication & customer escalations.  Influences across functions to drive performance objectives
  • Identifies and implements cost improvements and value creation initiatives, partnering E2E across Supply Chain, Deliver and Commercial
  • Brings the Voice of the Customer to Regional supply chain partners and leads/collaborates on Customer Experience improvements initiatives
  • Acts as the Deliver point of contact for key regional business unit operations processes, including Regional S&OP and S&OE, and New Product Introductions
  • Serves as Subject Matter Authority for large Network, ERP, and Commercial projects to provide functional domestic outbound and customer expertise, including system and network changes.
  • Represents & Integrates into the Regional Business Unit / Financial Planning cycles (LRFP, BP)
  • Represents regional priorities and performance in global forums, and ensures that global franchise priorities are aligned in the region

Qualifications:

Required

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, with demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration, stakeholder management and influence at varying organizational levels
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct people leadership, developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission
  • In-depth knowledge of E2E Supply Chain and ERP processes 
  • Experience leading against performance targets and strict timeline business results
  • Ability to promote a vision and inspire change to transform teams, via strong engagement/influencing/communication
  • Able to build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus
  • Experience and success in leading projects & delivering business results
  • Demonstrated business insight and customer centric perspective
  • This position may require up to 10% domestic & international travel

Preferred

  • Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
  • Project Management
  • US MedTech experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
