Job description

About the Position

The Technical Project Manager II is a mid-level role on TEECOM’s external client-facing PM path, reporting to the Team Lead or to the most senior Technical Project Manager on the team. You own delivery execution across multiple projects or complex project scopes, managing the client relationship at the project level, driving implementation from scope through commissioning, and mentoring junior PMs.

This role supports regional client delivery and may be based in multiple regions. You are expected to lead coordination across regions, cultures, and time zones while maintaining execution consistency.

You are expected to lead technical implementation projects spanning telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and wired and wireless networks from scope alignment through commissioning readiness. This includes coordinating multi-system integration activities while maintaining predictable schedules, disciplined communication, and strong documentation quality.

You partner with Team Leads, Project Managers, and project delivery teams to align staffing, execution standards, and delivery priorities. You help protect project performance by proactively managing risks, dependencies, and scope shifts.

You serve as a trusted point of contact for client and internal coordination. You reinforce disciplined execution and strengthen long-term client confidence through reliable delivery outcomes.

You lead by example by aligning your actions with your commitments and setting a clear standard for accountability.

You also identify opportunities to optimize workflows and propose additional technical services that improve project outcomes.

Your impact is measured by execution stability, financial predictability, client confidence, and your ability to strengthen account continuity, portfolio growth, and delivery consistency across projects.
