About the Role

The Services Engineer role is a full lifecycle technical consultant responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales activities across the portfolio. This role supports opportunity development, solution design, demonstrations, proof of concepts, implementation, adoption and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical support, discovery workshops, demonstrations and proof of concepts.

  • Support RFPs and technical responses.

  • Deliver implementation, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.

  • Provide post-sales support and adoption guidance.

  • Deliver technical enablement sessions for customers and partners.

KPIs

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Project delivery success

  • Technical win rate

  • Certification attainment

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting.

  • Cybersecurity platform experience.

  • Solution design and implementation capability.
