The Services Engineer role is a full lifecycle technical consultant responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales activities across the portfolio. This role supports opportunity development, solution design, demonstrations, proof of concepts, implementation, adoption and customer success.
Provide pre-sales technical support, discovery workshops, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
Support RFPs and technical responses.
Deliver implementation, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.
Provide post-sales support and adoption guidance.
