Responsibilities
Solve problems and answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team. 解决社区成员提出的问题并解答疑问，代表核心团队提供支持和帮助。
Collect community feedback and suggestions on products and activities, and assist in product optimization.收集社区对产品和活动的反馈和建议，并协助产品优化。
Manage the user community on platforms such as Telegram/Discord/Wechat, create high-quality and targeted community groups through autonomous governance, incentive programs and tools.管理 Telegram/Discord/微信等平台上的用户社区，通过自主治理、激励机制和工具创建高质量、目标明确的社区群组。
Organize and implement community campaigns such as airdrops and AMA, track their results on new user growth and user activation. 组织社区活动，并追踪其用户活跃度的影响，以及APP MAU数据增长。扩大外部社区的覆盖，协助做活动宣发以及传播品牌内容。
Requirements
Experience in community operation or related professional experience, with retail user communication skills and PR sense, ideally with community growth skills. 具备社区运营或相关专业经验，拥有零售用户沟通技巧和公关意识，理想情况下具备社区增长技能。
Great passion for the cryptocurrency industry, ideally with experience in crypto and DAO. 对加密货币行业充满热情，理想情况下拥有加密货币和 DAO 经验。快速学习能力是必备条件。
Fast learning ability is a must. Solutions focused, resourceful and strong sense of initiative. 注重解决方案，善于利用资源，并具有强烈的进取心。
Experience in creating content for social media platforms. 拥有社区活动经验优先。
Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration. 能够适应灵活的工作时间和远程协作。
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage. 需具备英语/普通话双语能力，以便与海外合作伙伴和利益相关者进行沟通协调。掌握其他语言者优先考虑。
