Driven to Deliver (What You’ll Do)

  • Own and drive our data products and analytics roadmap. Responsible for developing and implementing our data strategy, working cross-functionally with leaders across the business to identify and deliver analytics that drive business results.
  • Drive the organization towards treating data as a product. Enable the rest of the organization by creating a foundational set of business dashboards, training users on BI tools, and ensuring data is well structured, clearly defined, and accessible.
  • Lead, grow, and retain an expanded team of data engineers and analysts as part of the broader technology organization.
  • Advocate new data sources, tools, and design paradigms.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and the executive team to rollout and launch data products.
  • Present data strategy and key findings to executives and other departments.
  • Enforce advanced data governance, security, lineage, and engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering groups on data and machine learning systems for automation and data enrichment capabilities.
  • Keep pace with the latest developments in academia, regulatory environment, risk modeling methods, and the advertising/marketing industry in order to provide expert guidance to the business functions. 

Equipped to Excel (Qualifications)

  • On-site working at the ML physical office, 5-days per week required
  • University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • 5-8 years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, and experience with data science frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing technical teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

Work Environment:
We offer a mix of remote and hybrid working. Remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Hybrid work is required for employees local to our offices. Where applicablehybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate.
