Job description

What You'll do:

  • Design and build polished, responsive UI components and data visualization/charting experiences that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable
  • Build and iterate on AI-powered tools and interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations in digestible ways
  • Collaborate closely with designers and PMs to translate roadmap initiatives into well-scoped frontend architecture and execution
  • Contribute to backend REST APIs and services as needed to support new features (own the contract, not necessarily the deep implementation)
  • Provide technical leadership on frontend architecture, component design patterns, and performance — contribute to code reviews and raise the UI/UX bar across the team
  • Test, document, and maintain a frontend codebase that's an example to other engineers

What you bring:

  • 3–6 years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications, with React/Angular/Vue as your primary discipline
  • Strong grasp of frontend architecture: component design, state management, performance optimization, responsive/accessible UI
  • Working knowledge of — or genuine eagerness to learn — backend services and REST API development (Node.js or Python)
  • Familiarity with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch/Solr) a plus, not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly responsible, enthusiastic, and thorough
  • Proficient in JavaScript, with strong fundamentals in async programming and modern language features
  • Experience with TypeScript, using static typing and interfaces to build reliable, maintainable code

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
