We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead development of critical platform capabilities that power Omada’s connected care experience. This role focuses on building and scaling reliable systems that integrate and validate critical health data and enable real‑time, clinically meaningful insights for care teams and members.
You will operate at the intersection of data integrations, backend systems, and healthcare workflows, delivering accurate, timely, and actionable data that directly impacts patient outcomes.
Your Impact:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of backend services and platform capabilities that support large‑scale, data‑rich applications. You will own projects end‑to‑end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing reliability while partnering with product, data science, and clinical teams to turn complex requirements into simple, robust solutions.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $179,400 - $224,300*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $171,600 - $214,500*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
