Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking a Senior Epic Radiant Analyst to support a large, multi-regional healthcare system. This 3 month, fully remote contract position is responsible for the operation, administration, and support of Epic Radiant, collaborating with clinical and technical teams to optimize radiology workflows and enhance clinical information systems. This position has a high chance of extension. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Epic Radiant build experience, strong healthcare application support expertise, and the ability to independently manage medium- to high-complexity clinical application issues while following ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operation, administration, and optimization of Epic Radiant.
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to improve workflows and system functionality.
  • Configure, build, test, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic Radiant enhancements.
  • Provide incident, change, and problem management support following ITIL processes.
  • Support medium- to high-complexity clinical applications across acute and non-acute care settings.
  • Analyze issues, implement solutions, and ensure application stability and performance.

Qualifications

  • Epic Radiant Certification (Required)
  • 5+ years of Epic Radiant build and application support experience.
  • Experience supporting clinical information systems in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and Epic application support.


Benefits

Hourly rate based on experience $70.00 - $83.00/hr




Salary: $70-83/hr
