As we continue to scale, we're looking for an exceptional operator to build the systems, accountability, and execution engine that will power the next chapter of our company.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Operations to build and lead the operating system of Advantage HQ.
This is not an operations manager role.
This is a company-building role.
Your mission is simple: build the systems, rhythms, and accountability that allow Advantage HQ to scale from 185 people today to hundreds more over the coming years without sacrificing speed, quality, or client outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring the business consistently delivers what we promise.
That means our client delivery teams execute on time, every time. Finance operates with accuracy and visibility. Talent & People attracts and develops exceptional people. Every department understands what success looks like, how it is measured, and is accountable for achieving it.
When the company grows, it should become more efficient—not more chaotic.
You will partner directly with the CEO and department leaders to remove bottlenecks, improve execution, implement scalable systems, and build the infrastructure that allows the business to operate predictably at scale.
Success in this role means leadership spends less time firefighting and more time building the future.
What You Will Own
Client Delivery Execution
- Own operational excellence across our entire client delivery organization.
- Ensure every client receives what we promised, on time and at the highest standard.
- Build operating rhythms that proactively identify delivery risks before they become client problems.
- Drive accountability across project management, account management, creative, media buying, influencer operations, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Improve execution speed, quality, and predictability across every client engagement.
Building the Company's Operating System
- Design and continuously improve how the company operates.
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards, reporting, and operating cadences.
- Leverage AI, automation, and technology to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.
- Standardize processes without creating bureaucracy.
- Remove operational bottlenecks before they slow the business down.
- Ensure every department has clear KPIs, ownership, and visibility into performance.
Finance Operations
- Lead operational excellence across Finance.
- Ensure budgeting, forecasting, payroll, invoicing, collections, reporting, and financial controls operate accurately and on time.
- Build financial visibility that enables leadership to make faster and better decisions.
- Improve operational planning and resource allocation across the business.
Talent & People Operations
- Lead the Talent & People function and ensure recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and people operations run efficiently.
- Ensure hiring keeps pace with company growth and critical positions are filled quickly.
- Build systems that improve employee experience while maintaining high standards and accountability.
- Support leadership in building high-performing teams.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Ensure every department works together effectively.
- Lead weekly business reviews and operational planning.
- Drive company-wide initiatives from planning through execution.
- Hold teams accountable to commitments, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
- Create visibility into company performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
Leadership Partnership
- Serve as the CEO's strategic partner on execution and operational scaling.
- Bring solutions instead of problems.
- Build systems that reduce founder dependency.
- Help transform the business from reactive execution into predictable operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- 7-12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company.
- Experience leading multiple business functions simultaneously, including client operations, finance, and people operations.
- Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth.
- Strong understanding of operational systems, financial management, organizational design, and performance management.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes that improve execution.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance client outcomes with operational efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Highly analytical with a bias toward action and ownership.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and constant change.
Ideal Experience
- Experience scaling organizations from approximately 100 employees to 300+ employees.
- Experience leading operations in an agency, professional services business, SaaS company, or high-growth startup.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams.
- Experience implementing AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience partnering directly with founders and executive teams.

Compensation & Location
- $40,000 - $90,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
- Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
- We are open to candidates globally, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Philippines.
- We care far more about ownership, judgment, and execution than geography.
