Mission:
As a Product Manager with Business Analyst skills, you will play a pivotal role in translating stakeholder requirements into actionable technical specifications, driving high-impact product decisions and enhancing the user experience within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners to understand user journeys and gather requirements.
- Translate requirements into tickets for data engineers, facilitating data-driven decisions.
- Develop dashboards and monitoring tools using Tableau, PowerBI, or Amplitude.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure optimal feature implementation.
- Maintain effective communication with global stakeholders and present findings regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in high-growth tech environments.
- Strong understanding of platform products, particularly back-end logic and API integrations.
- Ability to independently navigate complex discoveries and technical domains.
- Fluent English for daily collaboration with international teams. (The entire selection process will be conducted in English; please upload your updated CV and portfolio in English.)
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Differentials:
- Experience in querying large datasets to map user journeys.
- Familiarity with Financial clients and projects related to data.
- Experience with data migration and tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Redshift.
- Strong analytical skills to validate hypotheses and prioritize demands.
Location:
Candidates must be based in Brazil, with availability to work shifted hours to support a UK-based client (typically between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m BRT).
