About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in video editing and will play a key role in producing high-quality content for our YouTube channel. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, an in-depth understanding of efficient rendering workflows, and the ability to optimise export settings for seamless video production.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Edited long-form YouTube content with a focus on creative storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision.
Manage and improve video rendering workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality exports.
Deliver a minimum of 3–4 minutes of fully edited long-form video content per working day, while maintaining Freedom's quality standards.
Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to independently generate fresh editing concepts, animation ideas, and engaging visual sequences.
Optimise video rendering processes to minimise bottlenecks and enhance productivity.
Configure export settings for different video formats, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
Collaborate with the team to meet content deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video editing and rendering.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior editors on best practices and workflow improvements.
