We are expanding our bench of top-tier analysts. If you are an experienced professional with a background at a top-tier advisory firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or elite boutiques) looking for the flexibility of independent work without compromising on the caliber of projects or peers, Gratia is your platform.

You will work on high-impact engagements—either solo or as part of a curated pod—advising senior leaders on their most critical growth, market, and operational challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Business growth & planning: Define multi-year growth plans, portfolio expansion, and business model pivots.

  • Market entry & expansion: Run structured assessments to prioritize new markets, segments, or targets (Score → Select → Deep-Dive).

  • Commercial due diligence & business cases: Build robust, assumptions-driven models to value investments, acquisitions, or build-vs-buy decisions.

  • Competitive intelligence: Map competitive landscapes, cluster archetypes, and identify open market whitespace.

  • Go-to-market planning: Diagnose pipeline constraints, prioritize channels, and design actionable rollout plans.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience at a top-tier advisory or professional services firm (MBB, LEK, Oliver Wyman, etc.) or in a high-performing corporate growth role.

  • You naturally break down ambiguous problems into MECE frameworks and deliver narrative-driven, answer-first recommendations.

  • You embrace AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and formatting, but rely on your own rigorous judgment for the final mile.

  • You can own a client engagement end-to-end—from scoping the problem to managing stakeholders and delivering a flawless final deck or model.

  • You are equally comfortable building a complex financial model in Excel as you are designing an executive pitch deck.
