The Program Leader is EDB's single, senior point of strategic post-sales ownership for our most complex and high-value enterprise accounts. This role orchestrates multi-vendor landscapes,drives senior executive (C-level) alignment, and ensures successful execution of critical technology transformations. This is an orchestration and relationship management mandate with executive altitude, focused on securing customer confidence, long-term retention, and commercial expansion.
What this role owns
Commercial Growth: Improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and identify expansion opportunities
Customer Sentiment: Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores
Support & Resolution Efficiency: Reduce time to ticket closure and de-escalate high pressure support interactions. Accelerate technical resolution timeframes for business critical issues.
Program Delivery Speed: Optimize time-to-value for new applications, ensuring rollout timelines meet customer expectations.
