Role Overview

As a Freelance Medical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified doctors for healthcare opportunities across the GCC. This is a performance-based freelance role offering attractive commission opportunities with complete flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified doctors for GCC healthcare vacancies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of medical professionals.
  • Screen candidates for qualifications, licensing, and eligibility.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
  • Meet agreed recruitment targets and timelines.
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in GCC doctor recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in placing doctors in GCC countries.
  • Strong network of doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Good understanding of GCC licensing processes (DHA, DOH, MOH, SCFHS, QCHP, NHRA, OMSB, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting specialists and consultants.
  • Existing relationships with hospitals or healthcare groups in the GCC.
  • Experience handling international healthcare recruitment documentation.
