The Digital Service & Remote Connectivity Lead - EMEA is responsible for unlocking the full value of remote service capabilities, driving adoption and utilization of remote connectivity (IntelliServe). This work will improve service efficiency and cost to serve and will increase customer satisfaction. It will also identify new IT&AI solutions to further enhance service efficiency and competitiveness.

This position reports to the Senior Director Customer Service EMEA and is part of the Service Team across multiple geography in EMEA and will be remote in Poland.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive adoption & utilization by increasing attachment rates, expanding the installed base, and ensuring active use of remote tools
  • Provide technical leadership by supporting sales, leading implementations, and removing adoption barriers (incl. cybersecurity)
  • Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO to ensure consistent positioning, execution, and rollout
  • Execute key initiatives including installations, pilots, and improved remote tool utilization
  • Lead innovation by identifying, piloting, and scaling advanced digital and AI-driven service solutions

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in field service, technical support, or digital solutions within a regulated industry
  • Proven track record in leading customer-facing implementations or deployments, including integration of digital, connectivity, or remote service tools
  • Advanced knowledge of connectivity, cybersecurity, and remote diagnostics platforms, with the ability to independently resolve complex technical and customer adoption challenges
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment, influencing Sales
  • Service, and PMO stakeholders without direct authority

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel about 50% across EMEA

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with AI-driven diagnostics, predictive maintenance, or advanced digital service solutions
  • Familiarity with Danaher Business System (DBS) tools or continuous improvement methodologies
