Your responsibilities will include –

  • Leading and developing a diverse team of Financial Analysts to ensure development goals are in place and high-quality work is produced.
  • Uplifting a business partner model to improve visibility and drive business performance and strategic goals.
  • Leading the uplift of Power BI capability across Finance and the wider business, driving the adoption of data visualisation, self-service reporting, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ownership of the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with commercial leads, analysing variances, identifying risks and opportunities and providing commentary.
  • Internal business reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet and Working Capital analysis, pricing, and sales and margin analysis.

About You

Ideally you will display –

  • A relevant degree in Accounting/Commerce coupled with CA/CPA qualifications and demonstrated experience working within a diverse, international environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and embedding Power BI solutions that transform financial reporting, increase automation, and elevate data and analytical capability across Finance and business teams.
  • Analytical and financial modelling experience with specific exposure to an inventory-based environment.
  • Well developed influencing skills and the ability to hold robust discussions with senior management.
  • A resilient attitude and the ability to prioritise conflicting schedules using commercial and business acumen.
