Join us in shaping the future of digital invoicing and payments!

We are subordinary of eCollect and we are Europes Leading Receivables Management Platform.

We provide a single-source solution for intelligent, digitalized, cross-border receivables management. We have created the first all-in-one platform on the market that can process receivables 100% autonomous.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Lead to serve as the technical owner of our test automation ecosystem, driving its architecture and evolution end-to-end. This role is built for someone who wants to stay close to the code and to lead the team's transformation toward automation-first practices, providing technical direction and mentorship to QA Engineers as the team matures - leadership remains a core part of the role, even as most of your time stays hands-on. The role will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions while continuously improving testing.

  • Architect, build, and own the end-to-end test automation ecosystem, including CI/CD pipeline integration and containerized test execution environments
  • Design and maintain scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks
  • Develop and review automated tests for web and API
  • Continuously improve test efficiency, reliability, and coverage across the automation suite
  • Monitor automation execution results, triage tests, and resolve automation issues directly
  • Lead the team's transformation toward automation-first practices, raising the overall automation maturity and capability of the QA function
  • Ensure adequate test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
  • Own defect triage and prioritization, ensuring issues are assessed, prioritized, and tracked to resolution
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to QA Engineers, define QA processes and best practices, and report on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders
  • Coordinate and oversee testing activities during the different software development stages
  • Review and validate business and functional requirements
  • Contribute to manual testing activities when required.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
  • Strong hands-on experience containerization of test environments
  • Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman or similar
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with complex business systems, preferably in Fintech
  • Prior experience leading or driving a team's shift toward automation-first testing practices
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (preferably Jira, TestRail)
  • Solid experience in manual testing as a complementary skill
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or invoicing platforms
