完成或超额完成负责区域的年度学术推广目标，遵守公司规章制度
工作内容：
1. 负责区域的医院处方药产品的市场推广，完成或超额完成年度学术推广目标；
2. 根据公司要求，每日对负责区域的医生进行日常学术拜访，每周准时完成并提交公司系统中的拜访计划和拜访记录；
3. 组织科室会和区域性学术会议；
4. 辅助上级主管与商业公司沟通，确保产品供应畅通；
5. 掌握公司的产品知识，清晰地将产品介绍给负责区域内的客户医生；
6. 完成上级主管分配的工作。
职位要求：
- 具有医学、药学或相关专业专科及以上学历（或者中级及以上专业技术职称）；
- 具有药品学术推广5年以上工作经验, 有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑;
- 具有药品临床理论知识及实践经验，或者具有药品研发、生产、检验、质量管理等岗位工作经验；具备掌握所推广药品的药理毒理、功能主治或者适应症、联合用药、不良反应、禁忌症和注意事项等知识优先考虑；
- 具备出色的沟通以及较强地谈判能力;
- 热爱工作，负有责任心，能承受工作压力;
- 具有团队合作精神，能经常出差;
- 熟悉电脑操作。
