Job Duties:

  • Take incoming calls from technicians for kick-ups across multiple departments (leads)
  • Dispatch and debrief the sales team
  • Organize and coordinate daily schedules based on call priority and technician skill set
  • Communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner
  • Understand sales goals and help hold the team accountable
