GP with Special Interest in Dermatology


Overview

Webdoctor is an online doctor service that enables patients to access world-class, affordable healthcare online from a smartphone, tablet or computer, anytime, anywhere. Our service has the same confidentiality as a traditional consultation and it allows us to safely, securely and conveniently offer Irish patients an online consultation for a wide range of ailments. This role will involve the processing of personal health information. We are committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all physical and electronic information and information-related assets.


The Role

We are looking to expand our medical team and are currently recruiting for GPs with specific experience in Dermatology. We offer the flexibility of working from your home or your clinic anywhere in Ireland. Our doctors enjoy complete clinical independence, where remuneration is completely independent of treatment outcome—there is no pressure to prescribe.


Qualifications & Requirements

To be suitably qualified for the role, candidates must meet one or more of the following requirements:

  • GP on the IMC Specialist Register
  • Postgraduate certificate, diploma or MSc in dermatology.
  • Completion of ICGP dermatology modules or equivalent structured CPD.
  • Formal GP with special interest (GPwSI) accreditation (or working towards).

In addition, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year focused dermatology experience in general practice or community dermatology settings. We favour Doctors who have worked for significant periods in local Primary Care Clinics or ideally are on the IMC Specialist Register for General Practice.


Working Hours & Flexibility

We offer flexible working sessions across a 7-day service with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week, including one weekend shift per month. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday (8am–10pm) and Weekends (10am–6pm).
