About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Sales Operations Lead to help scale and optimize our revenue engine. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to improve commercial performance through forecasting, analytics, process optimization, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role with significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to shape the future of the Sales Operations function.

 

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to improve commercial performance across the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify revenue opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and process improvements that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows, playbooks, and operating processes to support our partner-led business.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline analysis, and key SaaS metrics, providing actionable insights to commercial leadership.
  • Deliver reporting and business reviews on funnel performance, sales productivity, marketing ROI, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct strategic analyses to support pricing, packaging, partner performance, segmentation, and new market opportunities.
  • Maintain high-quality commercial data and help evolve our reporting, analytics, and technology stack.
  • Develop and optimize compensation plans, quotas, territories, and commission processes.
  • Support the execution and optimization of our partner programs, incentives, and commercial operations.
  • Partner with Customer Success to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Identify, test, and scale AI solutions across sales and marketing workflows, measuring business impact and adoption.
  • Drive the adoption of Wildix AI products and capabilities as a core part of our commercial operating model.


What You Will Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similarly analytical business function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience working with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Experience working with commercial KPIs and SaaS metrics, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and LTV/CAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.
  • Experience driving cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

 

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in a channel-led, partner-led, or indirect go-to-market model.
  • Experience designing sales compensation plans, territories, quotas, or incentive programs.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
  • Experience evaluating or implementing AI tools within sales, marketing, or revenue operations functions.
  • Additional European languages such as Italian, French, German, or Spanish.

💰 Compensation – The total compensation for this role is between €50K and €70K gross per year plus a variable commissions scheme, which will be discussed during the interview process. The final offer will fall within this range, and reflects the candidate’s skills, experience, and work location.
