The Opportunity

Are you an organized, people-focused student who loves social media and enjoys cultivating relationships? Do you want to learn how global campaigns are managed from the ground up?

We are looking for an Accounts Intern to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will receive close mentorship and gain first-hand exposure to various aspects of project and client management. You will play a vital supporting role in helping the team implement creative campaigns for our clients. This internship is specifically designed to grow your independence, strengthen your strategic decision-making, and build your confidence in managing budgets, logistics, and multi-disciplinary teams for seamless campaign delivery.

Requirements

What You’ll Learn

  • How agency projects move smoothly from the initial brief all the way to final delivery.
  • Practical, hands-on experience with invoicing, supplier coordination, and basic project and financial tracking.
  • How to support live production calls and assist with simple shoot logistics behind the scenes.
  • Real exposure to client workflows and the opportunity to actively contribute to live campaign management.
  • How to align and communicate effectively with Creative and Production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Availability for a full-time internship for at least 5 months.
  • A student currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Google suite
  • Expertise across various media, tools, and visual communication techniques.
  • A keen interest in social media platforms, trends and developments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential; Dutch and other languages are a bonus.
  • No prior experience is required, but a demonstrable passion for the creative industry is key.
