About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Service Representative to support inbound sales inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service to individuals seeking debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions.

This is a consultative sales role focused primarily on inbound leads, while also conducting follow-up outreach to help prospective clients make informed financial decisions. You’ll build trust, understand each client’s unique situation, and guide them toward the most suitable solution with empathy and professionalism.

What You’ll Own

Inbound Sales & Customer Support

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services.
  • Explain available programs and financial solutions clearly and accurately.
  • Understand each client’s financial situation and recommend appropriate options.
  • Deliver a professional, empathetic, and consultative customer experience.
  • Build trust while guiding clients through important financial decisions.

Lead Follow-Up & Outreach

  • Follow up promptly with leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up and occasional cold calls when needed.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
  • Ensure no qualified lead is left without follow-up.

CRM & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
  • Update CRM systems with detailed notes and communication history.
  • Track lead progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to achieve company goals.
  • Share client feedback and market insights to improve performance.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and company offerings.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
