At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a LinkedIn Ads Specialist to plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing LinkedIn advertising campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts.

This is a performance-driven role where you’ll take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle—from audience strategy and campaign creation to optimization, reporting, and client communication. You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 10–15 client accounts, helping businesses generate qualified leads while improving campaign efficiency and return on investment.

    • Click-Through Rate (CTR)
    • Conversion Rate
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Present campaign insights and optimization plans clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Client Communication & Account Management

  • Partner closely with clients to understand business objectives and campaign goals.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Communicate campaign updates, performance trends, and optimization strategies professionally.
  • Build trusted client relationships through consistent communication and measurable results.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current on LinkedIn Ads features, targeting capabilities, and platform updates.
  • Research emerging B2B advertising trends and best practices.
  • Test new campaign formats, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
