About the Role

At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content across social media, marketing campaigns, training materials, and branded content.

This is more than a traditional editing role. You’ll transform raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos that strengthen brand awareness, improve engagement, and support business growth.

Working closely with marketing and creative teams, you’ll produce everything from short-form social videos and paid advertising creatives to explainer videos, educational content, and long-form productions.

What You’ll Own

Video Editing & Storytelling

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos for:
    • Social media
    • Marketing campaigns
    • Websites
    • Internal training
    • Branded content
  • Create compelling stories through:
    • Pacing
    • Sequencing
    • Transitions
    • Visual flow
  • Produce engaging short-form and long-form videos.
  • Ensure every edit aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Deliver clean, professional content with exceptional attention to detail.

Motion Graphics & Visual Branding

  • Add:
    • Titles
    • Captions
    • Lower thirds
    • Callouts
    • Logos
    • Motion graphics
  • Create simple animations and branded visual elements.
  • Maintain consistency across all video deliverables.
  • Elevate content through modern editing techniques and creative enhancements.

Audio Editing & Color Correction

  • Synchronize audio and video accurately.
