20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Client is a growing residential and commercial remodeling contractor seeking a full-time Construction Lead Generation & Estimating Support Virtual Assistant to help identify project opportunities, prepare and send estimates using AI-powered estimating software, and follow up with prospective clients.
The primary focus of this role is identifying qualified construction opportunities through construction bidding platforms, generating and submitting estimates, maintaining an organized pipeline of opportunities, and nurturing leads through follow-up communication. The client has invested in AI estimating software, so prior estimating experience is not required. Instead, the ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable speaking with clients, and enjoys helping generate new business opportunities.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Monitor construction bidding platforms for projects matching the company's services
Identify qualified residential and commercial renovation opportunities
Research project details and determine which opportunities align with company capabilities
Maintain an organized pipeline of active bids and opportunities
Assist with ongoing lead generation and prospecting activities when needed
Download project specifications and plans from construction bidding platforms
Upload project documentation into the company's AI estimating software
Review AI-generated estimates for completeness
Submit completed estimates to general contractors and project owners following established procedures
Maintain organized records of submitted estimates
Follow up with prospective clients after estimates have been submitted
Confirm receipt of estimates and answer general questions
Build relationships with general contractors and project contacts
Document client feedback and next steps
Escalate pricing or negotiation discussions to ownership when appropriate
Maintain tracking spreadsheets or CRM records of all submitted estimates
Prepare daily summaries outlining completed work, submitted bids, and lead activity
Track estimate status, responses, and follow-up requirements
Assist with general administrative support related to business development activities
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Strong lead generation or business development background
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients

Self-motivated and proactive
Comfortable learning new software and AI tools
Able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Strong follow-through and daily reporting habits
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
