We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Non-Attorney Sales Person to join our legal services team. In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between potential clients and our comprehensive legal offerings. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will help connect individuals seeking legal assistance across a variety of practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law and regulations, litigation, patent law, and more. This paid position offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a professional legal environment while supporting clients in need of expert legal guidance.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective clients through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to understand their legal needs and introduce our services.
  • Clearly explain the scope of legal services available in diverse practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, and patent law.
  • Assist in the preparation of compelling presentations and informational materials that highlight our firm’s experience and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate representation of services and client expectations during the sales process.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities within our legal administrative systems.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of legal areas and writing skills to better communicate legal concepts to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven ability in sales or customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various practice areas.
  • Demonstrated understanding of negotiation techniques and client engagement strategies.
  • Experience assisting in a law office environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail for clear documentation and correspondence.

Benefits

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year - The total compensation range, including bonus opportunities, will be based on the candidate’s years of experience.
