Your Role
As Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Acquisition & CRO, you will lead paid acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and growth experimentation across our digital marketing engine.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a self-starter who thinks like both a growth strategist and a hands-on operator. You will own meaningful paid media investment and be accountable for improving qualified lead volume, conversion rates, CPQL, CAC, ROAS, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Own paid acquisition strategy and hands-on execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, retargeting, paid social, and emerging channels.
- Manage campaign performance, pacing, budget allocation, lead quality, and business impact.
- Optimize campaign structure, targeting, keywords, audiences, creative, and offers to improve qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution.
- Own paid media budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting in partnership with Finance, Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Own the CRO roadmap across landing pages, demo request paths, forms, CTAs, and key conversion journeys.
- Build and run a structured testing program across landing pages, messaging, offers, creative, forms, and funnel journeys.
- Use AI tools to accelerate campaign analysis, creative testing, keyword research, audience research, competitive intelligence, and reporting.
- Build repeatable growth systems that make paid acquisition, CRO, and experimentation more scalable and data driven.
- Develop dashboards and recurring insights that show what is working, what is not, and where to invest next.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Marketing Operations, and Sales to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline outcomes.
Your Experience So Far:
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital marketing with demonstrated business impact.
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, retargeting, paid social, and other digital channels.
- Proven success managing meaningful paid media budgets and improving CAC, CPQL, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
- Strong experience with CRO, experimentation, landing page strategy, funnel analysis, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, marketing automation, ad platforms, attribution tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Experience using AI tools to improve campaign optimization, creative testing, reporting, research, and workflow efficiency.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, urgency, curiosity, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in B2B healthcare, medical device, SaaS, clinical technology, SMB-focused growth, or another trust-sensitive category preferred.
Location and Compensation:
This is a remote role, we can consider candidates across Canada. The salary range for this role is set at $115,000-$130,000 CAD.
