Academy of Art University is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Marketing to lead the University’s marketing strategy at a pivotal moment for higher education and the creative industries.
Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President will serve as the University’s senior marketing leader, responsible for strengthening market position, advancing enrollment objectives, improving marketing performance, and maximizing the impact of marketing investments.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a leader who combines strategic vision, analytical rigor, and operational depth. The successful candidate will have the mandate to assess and strengthen the University’s marketing ecosystem across digital acquisition, media investment, prospective student engagement, analytics, attribution, technology, agency partnerships, and internal capabilities.
Working closely with leaders across Admissions, Finance, Online Education, Student Affairs, and Brand Storytelling, the Vice President will build an integrated, measurable approach to marketing and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the University’s mission, strategic priorities, enrollment objectives, and long-term institutional sustainability.

The Academy also offers full-time employees an opportunity to take one undergraduate course tuition free each semester.
Compensation:
$125,000.00 - $155,000.00 annually
