Job description

Role: Sr. Developer
Location: Remote in Canada
Duration: 1 month initially with possible extension
Pay Rate: $53 T4 and $65 INC.

Prior experience working in the public or utilities sector.

Description:

Provide Jira Cloud application sustainment services including incident, problem and change management activities,
Perform Jira Cloud user requests including user account or site maintenance.
Jira Cloud end user support.
Work closely with the application maintenance services team to gain comprehensive insight and understanding of the applications and systems.
The resource must be located within Canada.
Provide estimates for work assigned as requested.
Provide input to system documentation.
Must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner and must be a good team player.
Must possess a commitment to high quality deliverables.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team member.
