Job Description

Are you an enterprise sales leader with a proven track record of closing complex deals and driving growth within Financial Institutions? As an Account Executive IV, you will play a pivotal role in expanding strategic partnerships with banks and credit unions while acquiring new enterprise clients in a highly consultative, data-driven environment.

This is more than a sales role; it’s an opportunity to partner with executive leadership, shape growth strategies, and deliver integrated marketing, data, and digital solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

 

What You’ll Do

You will operate as a strategic advisor and revenue driver across a portfolio of enterprise Financial Institution clients:

  • Own and exceed enterprise-level revenue targets through a balanced focus on account growth, retention, and net-new business
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of banks and credit unions, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation
  • Lead executive-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations tied to business performance and growth goals
  • Drive consultative sales cycles from discovery through solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to position integrated marketing, media, and digital solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, product, and delivery teams to develop and execute client solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting within the FI sector, focusing on enterprise-level opportunities
  • Deliver business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to reinforce value and expand partnerships

We’re looking for a confident, strategic seller who knows how to navigate complex deals and deliver value:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise, quota-carrying sales, with a strong record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Proven success selling into Financial Institutions (banks, credit unions)
  • Experience selling data-driven marketing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large, strategic accounts while driving new business acquisition
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling, solution design, and executive storytelling
  • Experience navigating multi-threaded sales cycles and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to drive business cases and differentiate solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Additional Information

Compensation: This role offers a competitive OTE, with a strong base salary (approximately 60%) and meaningful upside through performance-based commission (approximately 40%).
Salary range: $116,000 - $130,000 + Performance-based commission

 Location: This role offers location flexibility; however, candidates must reside near a major airport hub (e.g., Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, or similar metropolitan areas) to support periodic travel as needed.
