Job Description:
This fast-paced, highly autonomous role is designed for a GTM recruiter who thrives on delivering exceptional outcomes for both candidates and the business. You will primarily focus on building high-performing revenue teams, partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, while also supporting select technical hiring as needed.
You will own your hiring portfolio end-to-end, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive outcomes against ambitious quarterly growth targets. As a true 360° recruiter, you will combine strategic insight with executional excellence—building pipelines, shaping hiring strategy, and delivering at pace in both specialist and high-volume environments.
