The Pharmacy Manager β Clinical Informatics provides operational and strategic leadership for enterprise Pharmacy Informatics services across Cleveland Clinic's U.S. and London locations, with primary oversight of the Epic Willow Inpatient platform and medication management technologies. Leading a team of approximately 27 Pharmacy Informatics caregivers, this role oversees medication order workflows, clinical decision support, smart pump integration, and enterprise medication-use technology. Responsibilities include directing system optimization, troubleshooting, end-user support, and strategic informatics initiatives while partnering closely with Pharmacy, Nursing, and IT leaders to design, enhance, and standardize clinical workflows. This leader also drives governance, change management, issue resolution, and technology innovation to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable medication management across the enterprise.
This is a remote role. A caregiver in this position will work Monday through Friday from 8:00amβ4:30pm. Caregivers participate in an on-call rotation every four weeks, with weekend coverage provided only as needed during the assigned on-call period. There are no holiday coverage requirements. While this position is primarily remote for Ohio-based caregivers, occasional onsite attendance may be required for team meetings, go-live events, and other enterprise initiatives.
