Your Mission

With the power of AI, we're set to revolutionize the way general contractors create, manage, and award bid packages. As our Senior Product Manager General Contractors, you'll actively shape this product vision — in a small team with big leverage and direct impact on a product used by thousands.

Your Responsibilities

  • You independently own product responsibility for central areas of the general contractor product.

  • You identify new opportunities in the GC workflow: new user groups within the GC organization that we don't yet serve, or new steps in the tendering process that we can cover with our product.

  • You build complex B2B SaaS functionality end-to-end — from strategy and discovery to requirements definition and go-live — together with design and engineering.

  • You analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to identify growth opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives.

  • You develop hypotheses, validate them with prototypes and experiments, and scale successful approaches together with design and engineering.

  • Together with marketing and customer success, you ensure a successful go-to-market for new features.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with complex, multi-step workflows for business or enterprise customers.

  • Demonstrated experience discovering new opportunities: identifying new user groups or covering new process steps in an existing product.

  • Strong analytical skills and a talent for translating complex problems into pragmatic solutions.

  • You use AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping routinely in your day-to-day work.

  • Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and the full product lifecycle.

  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
