About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Motion Designer (Paid Social & Creative Growth) to help create high-performing video advertising campaigns that reach millions of users worldwide.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys combining motion design, storytelling, and performance marketing. You'll own the creative process from concept through final production, designing video ads and user-generated-style content for paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Working alongside growth marketers and creative producers, you'll rapidly test new ideas, iterate based on campaign performance, and help shape the visual identity of one of the world's leading AI consumer products.

 

What You'll Do

  • Design and animate high-performing video advertisements and UGC-style creatives for paid social campaigns.

  • Develop creative concepts, hooks, and visual storytelling ideas from initial concept through final delivery.

  • Produce content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging acquisition channels.

  • Experiment with a wide range of creative styles, from polished motion graphics to native social content.

  • Deliver a continuous pipeline of creative assets and variations optimized for rapid testing.

  • Collaborate closely with producers, growth marketers, and user acquisition teams to improve campaign performance.

  • Analyze creative performance and iterate based on engagement and conversion data.

  • Maintain a consistent visual identity while continuously exploring new creative directions.

  • Contribute ideas that improve creative workflows, production quality, and campaign effectiveness.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience creating motion graphics and video content for digital marketing or paid social campaigns.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design expertise; experience with performance marketing creatives is highly valued.

  • Advanced proficiency with After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern creative production tools.

  • Excellent understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, color, pacing, and visual storytelling.

  • Experience designing creatives optimized for social media platforms and short-form video.

  • Strong understanding of advertising fundamentals, including hooks, emotional storytelling, and effective calls-to-action.

  • Experience integrating AI-powered creative tools for image, video, audio, or production workflows.

  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication skills and fluent English.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating high-performing paid acquisition creatives for consumer subscription products.

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and interpreting creative performance metrics.

  • Experience writing advertising hooks or short-form video scripts.

  • Interest in AI technologies and emerging creative workflows.

  • Experience building simple automation tools or streamlining creative production processes.

  • Strong awareness of internet culture, social trends, and viral content formats.

  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
